Dr. Moataz Ossman is a UK board-certified specialist orthodontist with over 10 years of experience. He has worked in numerous dental clinics across Egypt, treating thousands of orthodontic patients with various types of misalignments in both children and adults. An affiliate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh (UK), he served as a clinical supervisor and lecturer at the Royal Dental Institute for 6 years.
Proficient in all types of braces, including metal braces, clear braces, lingual braces, and aligners, he obtained his Aligner Diploma from American Aligners. Dr. Moataz treats a multitude of patients with orthodontic aligners, utilizing his in-house aligner system and expertise in software like Nemotec and Ulab, as well as 3D printing. He advocates for digital orthodontics to tailor treatment plans for each patient, focusing on achieving functional and aesthetic goals through the latest orthodontic advancements such as 3D X-rays, scanners, and orthodontic software.
Dr. Moataz has undertaken several courses in orthodontic Miniscrews with top practitioners in the field, employing mini orthodontic implants for complex cases. He completed the Face Philosophy course in Spain—a year-long program focusing in function and occlusion to achieve optimal aesthetic and stable results for every orthodontic patient. Using bite splints to treat patients with joint problems (TMJ problems).
